Whenever I have the time to do something, I typically get it done and feel good about it. That was not always how I did things. There is a lot of stuff I want to do for my business but the things that would make the most progress are the things I do not understand. The lack of understanding of those things is what makes the task difficult. I don’t know the scale of work to do the task but I know that I do not know if I can reasonably get it done quickly etc. I tend to put those tasks on a list and not do it despite it being the best one on the list to do. I eventually will do it because I realize the truth is that it is worth doing, but I really do not want to.
There is one of these tasks sitting in front of me now, I want to make a website for my business, but I do not know how to do that, where to start and what tool to use. I have some experience making websites but not enough to understand what making a website means.
Building the website is my responsibility and I will do it. I just don’t know if I can push myself to do it at the moment. I specifically have made time to do it today, to do it now, but I write about how I do not want to do it rather then doing it. On my next post I want to tell you that I did get it finished, or at least started on it now to prove how I really can be better. If you know what task you should be doing, are you going to decide now is the time to do it? Will you get the tasks you have to do finished?
